FREE or MINIMAL cost youngsters

I was wondering if anyone knew of any free transfer young players who turn out well?
Failing that young players who are valued at less than £100k. (I'm working to a tight budget)

Just get genie scout and search for the regens at the start of every year, some people class it as cheating but your club scouts will make so many errors. My scouts rated a young cm at 4star potential so I signed him and tried developing him....3 wasted seasons later no improvement and also the best regen on the game was only rated 2 star! so stop wasting your time and just use the genie scout.

I have to say, in these circumstances it's hard to get good players for free that're young. I usually try sign the youngsters on loan and put a cheeky buy after loan option for a modest bid that I can probably afford after a season. You should try it because there is a lack of good young players tbh that are 100k or lower until african regens are generated.
