Friendly Cups

I see other teams involved in these all the time during pre-season. How to I organize one or get involved in one? Thanks.

It's the same as how you organize friendly's. If you click on a date somewhere on the right top corner you can choose what kind of friendly's you wanna play. With penalty's or a tournament or cup etc.
You could even name the cup and invite other teams you like.
