it would be better to be a sporting director, so you dont have to get involved with training and team talks :P
only transfers + scouting basically
 
yea i think Director of Football or something sounds more like my cup of tea with the First Team Coach doing all the work

I would love to be told from the chairman how much was available and just going to games with my team of scouts and looking for players...imagine you got the next Ronaldo...you would be like OH YES I RULE

You go to fa get your coaching badges its really easy i think its 5 badges to be a manager at league 1 level :S Cant rember
