From GOOD to BAD? how?!

Im confused as to why my blackburn squad finished 9th in first season, strengthened my squad and next season be bottom 3 after 14 games?? What am i doing wrong?:S

The problem must be that you bought the wrong players, maybe someone that doesn't fit into the team. Try not to use these players for a couple of matches. That'll hopefully stabilize your team

Probably too many new players. Limiting the amount of new signings and keeping a recognizable backbone is more effective than making a lot of changes.
