I have found a decent regen keeper but i can't sign him somehow.His team accepted my bid but when i offer him a contract and agree to his terms (no text saying he doesnt want to join my club btw) he just won't join.I even tried super exceeding his demands BY ALOT but still he keeps signing a new contract with his team ALOT lower than mine.Oh and his team is a finnish one JJK.
