Creating this thread in order for users to post players who frustrate the **** out of you!
Can be for any reason; bad discipline, wont sign contract, wage demands way too high, injury prone, good player attributes but never performs etc...

Im starting this off with Adnan Januzaj. im through a few seasons at united and Januzaj is (or should be) my star man. the problem is he is so injury prone it is ridiculous. play him for about a month and then he always gets injured for 4/5 weeks. i have to "wrap him in cotton wool" in order to get any significant game time throughout a season. and have to try to manage his game time very effectively.
I did get 1 season where he was not injured and he was incredible, scoring 38 league goals in 32 games and breaking the goal scoring and average rating record for the EPL. i think he ended up with over 45 goals for the season overall. so you can understand my frustration.

Hope this thread is useful.
Enjoy.....

the whole Man united team, Van persie can't finish a game and rooney goes missing (made the mistake of bringing in Varaane to replace Vidic) he managed 6 games in 2 seasons, dumped him on City for a loss where he made the team of the year and helped them to the title

i had a similar incident with Rooney. ended up selling him to Milan in the end.

Raphael Varane is easily the best young defender in the game, at the start. Very few surpass him in the future.

Pogba - paid over ?40m on several occasions and fails to perform... Steer clear from him now, unfortunately

James Rodriguez - got him on a straight swap deal for Kagawa. he plays one or two great matches and then goes off form for the next 4/5. non consistency whatsoever. also his stats give you false confidence in his actual ability

On my Chelsea game when FM14 first came out... Torres annoyed me. Tried selling him straight from the start because of his high wage, poor ability & there was better options for me. From the first season on to the third no takers at all even when I had him listed at 100K purely down to other team not willing to pay the wage... he refused to go out on loan & played terrible when given numerous opportunity's. Had no option but let him rot therefore pick up a huge wage & just wait for his contract to expire!

Gary Mackay-Steven on my Nottingham Forest save. He's a very good player for Championship, but gets injured almost in every match.. In the first season he never played two matches in a row without at least minor injury. Usually, after three matches, he got injured for 2 months or more. Frustrating as ****, because he cost me 2.3 mil E. Finally sold him after a year for 3 mil. to naive Wigan (6)

i agree but he is made of glass, when I'm a big team i always loan him in to save paying for a player who spends 3/4 weeks out of action

Hmmm, weird, I've always had him be my one rock of consistency. He rarely got injured for me, weird how that works hey?

Real Life - Hatem Ben Arfa. Such a naturally talented player who doesn't have the consistency to be a top, top player. He has also had problems with injuries which hasn't helped.

FM14 - Peter Crouch 6ft7 and rubbish in the air!!!

All my strikers when i start the game: Torres, Ba, Eto'o. I had an amazing 5 goals from all 3 of them combined until January transfer window. My first season was a nightmare. Started a new career with recent patch, hope for the best. I can sell Ba, Eto'o has a 1 year contract, but Torres, somehow i always end up paying him like 100k/week for a few years just to have the luxury of getting rid of him.

Santi Cazorla: His annoying tendency to take long shots not only wastes possession, it freaking ****** me off to see him needlessly crack one off into the stands. I kid you not, once, one of his shots actually hit THE CORNER FLAG.
I ended up selling the Oompa Loompa to Real Madrid for 20 million after the first season, and used that money to buy Draxler.
So thank you, Santi. You were of some use after all, I suppose.

Wojciech Szcsesny: Even though he is brilliant in the game, he has the tendency to confound me at times with his errors and his decisions. I swear, every time Mad Woj comes to punch the ball from the cross, I get a heart attack, and when he misplaces a pass to the opposition, I have to watch as he either A. Pulls off a super save or B. Flops like a complete moron. And as this happens over and over and over during the season, I can only wonder how this game has not killed me yet.

Courtois/De Gea/Casillas/Ruddy/EVERY FREAKING KEEPER WITH 15+ REFLEXES: Okay, this is the one that gets me really bad. Because, as someone who prefers possession football, it is madly, madly, madly annoying to watch CCC after CCC after shot-on-target get blocked/saved. And I'll end a game with 20 shots on target, but only scoring 2-3 times.
Honestly, I would LOVE to know why SI decided to make the keepers gods. I mean, it is honestly a miracle to watch my players score sometimes.

Lewandoski, got him on a free on 150k pw deal great stats but NEVER scored went 20+ games without a goal, sold him to Man U after 2 seasons doin poorly for them to.

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain. Honestly. I started a new save file to try out the winter update/in game editor, set my experience level as international, set the board expectations to the highest possible, offered him a new contract (which he signed). One week in, he is already "Considering his options". Re-started, tried everything exactly the same, but edited his loyalty level to 20. Within a week, again he is "Considering his options". What the **** man!

I have to say, the one player that frustrates me is Luke Shaw. No one on my teams ever wants to tutor him due to personal differences. I mean, come on, he doesn't have great determination without tutoring!

Other than Shaw, I really despise trying to offload Torres.
