It's a general thread. I haven't seen season threads for any other league, but I guess there has just not been anyone to start them.

Schalke have won this year Super cup beating Dortmund on penalties.

Major team transfers will be updated soon..

Schalke, Bayer Leverkusen, Bayern München, Borussia Mönchengladbach or Hertha BSC will win it.

Already discounting Dortmund? They may have lost Sahin, but if they can keep hold of Subotic, Hummels, Gotze, Kagawa and Barrios, they'll still be a force

my top 2

1. FC Bayern Munich
2. Borussia Dortmund

Dortmund wont be missing Sahin much. They have players who are capable of stepping up. They even bought a replacement. And also Mario Gotze will be the one to watch out for, not just in the team but in the whole league..

I was merely listing my favourites. You know, Hertha or Mönchengladbach aren't favourites to win the title.

Dortmund will be missing Sahin greatly. No one player can replace him, it'll need to be a team effort.
They will not repeat their title.

They have signed Gündogan who I believe can step up. Also if anything to go by Schalke Vs Dortmund match they looked same as last season bar finishing. This will be Gotze's sesaon..

Gündogan, a young player who can step up to replace the best player of the last season? That's quite dreamy of you.

Step up in the sense not replacing Sahin completely but can bridge the gap.

And also like I said if anything to go by Super cup game, they are well set for the league. They might not win it as Bayern have done smart business as usual but Sahin's departure wont be as bad as many thinks.

And also even If Sahin was still at Dortmund I would have fancied Bayern to win the league this time..

I'm not counting on Dortmund being worse, I'm counting on Bayern to be better.

Maybe I said the exact same thing when I posted this.
