Future staff recommendations

Hi sorry if there is a thread like this but after trying a search it didn't come up with what I was looking for

I was wondering what staff are people's first target that you always try to get

But mainly I was looking for suggestions of staff that improve to top notch scouts or at least 4.5 star coaches

Personally I always sign jimmy Hampson as a scout Dave parnaby as a coach
Staff I have found to improve are Neil robertson developers int a 4.5 attack coach,Tom vernon a 20 20 scout
and an assistant manager that will come as a coach for more money called marcel lucassen turns into 5 star all control and starts at 4.5 star

I always sign Alexandre Ceolin as my head scout so he can scout all my potential signings. I sometimes sign Jimmy Hampson to do my next opposition scoutings but it's always someone with 16-17 tactical knowledge and highish determination, JPA and Adaptibility. I quite often sign Marc Wilmotts as my assistant Manager because he is a brilliant technical coach and they certainly don't grow on trees and he also has a high motivating attribute which is something everyone finds useful in an *** man.
