Future Transfer, Please Help!!!

Hi, every year i buy FM i make my own little season. I do all the same amount of promotions. This time i have decided one the premiership pro and reles like this.

Relegated
Newcastle
Fulham
Sunderland

Promotion
Preston
Sheff Wed
Swansea

But everytime i set a future transfer it doesnt go on to the game, i wanted to give arsenal sidney govou but instead of just add him i want it to come up in the transfers menu on game. How do i do it.

you open the data editor, you search for sidney govou, and you should set the transfer date right, so not before the actual game will start
