game always shutting down after 11.30 patch

when i click ''play game'', it always shuts down, anyone has idea?
PS ive already deleted the ''events'' folder

i also delected the setting files whitch are hidden; but it still doesnt work

now I just delected my registry files in ''regedit'', great now I just crash on the ''new game'', on the page of ''edit data select''

Will have to re-install the game and start again i think
