For best results.....

Match instructions I never change / apply.
Training I don't get involved with other than training in the position they are required to play. (Which assistant does automatically I think)
Individual instructions - all players tackle harder apart from LB and RB. and all players on shoot less often apart from striker (They all still shoot anyway) Both inside forwards are on roam from position.
Finally I have noticed that if I play it on a cautious mentality the results are even better.

Definatly i just spanked Blackburn (1st in League 1) with Wrexham

I may have changed some player instructions. But it was just similar run after the full game dropped.

hi yes. Great video.
This is the newest version I think. I’ve done testing on the lower leagues and the only change is defenders are told not to dribble.
Ps. If you make it so the assistant does not provide and implement instructions to handle opposition players - usually does better.

It is your second season. But continuity is big. I think the better the team is the quicker they adapt.
play about with it. Sometimes if it’s a really rubbish team I only have one defender on dribble more.
