Game is currently unavailable

Every time i try to play football manager 2012 a message appears saying "this game is currently unavailable please try again later". Steam seems to be working fine but i just can't get on the game. Is there a patch or something I need to download and where will i find it?

[LFC Rules]

1. Load Steam
2. From the Library section, right-click on the game and select Properties from the menu
3. Select the Local files tab and click the Verify integrity of game cache... button
4. Steam will verify the game's files - this process may take several minutes
5. Once the process is completed, FM2012 will download the latest patch/update and then you can play. Should only take a couple of minutes.
