Game is unplayable, 3d and 2d lags way too much.

The game stutters or ''jumps'' every 10th of a second or something both in 2d and 3d mode. I can not watch the game, it is just unwatchable. I have tried to put the game on softwere rendering, clear cache and it hasn't worked.

It's been like that since I closed the game and restarted steam but I mostly think it has something to do to the ''can't save game'' message I got that caused me to close the game. It is a message I get at times but I back the game up a lot so I don't care about it really.

What are your PC/laptop specs? I've had the can't save game message, it doesn't happen when you try again after continuing.

Those specs are way better than mine, have no idea why it's doing that for you.

Found out it was the default FM skin, switched skins and it's working well.

I have the same problem, but switching skins didn't help. I am really desperate. It lags/stutters every 20-30 seconds once.. it's very annoying. My specs are quite high, have full stars.. Tried many things, but nothing works.. Any idea?
