Game keeps going back to desktop!

My game keeps going back to the desktop! Whenever it is processing or loading anything there's a 89% chance that it will "crash" and send me back into the desktop screen. I can click on the game and it will send me back, but it's getting annoying. Any help?

hmm i really don't know on this one to be honest, make sure there no running applications in the background then from there im not sure.

Another thing to do is go preferences and see if your playing in full or windowed mode and see if changing this does anything?

Sorry for bad advice im kind of lost on this one.

I have the same problem but only when another prog starts up in the background, ie a scan if you are running through steam this can cause a few problems when it updates....... hope you understand the dribble above haha
