Game on different computers

I know you can use the same steam account on different computers to play the game, however I was wondering if its possible to play the same save on different computers?

Any help would be much appreciated

it's possible. i use dropbox and save my game in there. then dropbox is installed on the systems i want to play it on. when you save, dropbox will upload your save to it's sever and possible to share on other PCs.

or have your saved game on a memory stick and just copy from there onto the different PC you're using
