Game running extremely slow

I just recently re-installed my OS. i currently pass the Can You Run It ? Tests and have the minimum requirements, but the game persists too run extremely slow. I the processes Screen FM takes up about 800k of my RAM , is that a bit much or Ok? Other than that i see no real reason as to why the game should run that slow. I don't have that many leagues loaded , just the main European ones and i keep my subcriptions to minimum.

Any help would be appreciated.

Could your memory be needing a 'De-fragmentation'.

A don't think so , seeing as i just renistalled my OS and deleted everything on my HDD. But i'll give it a go anyways.

Can help to shut down background programmes too. I used to run Norton in the background but shut it down now as it makes FM run slow

Mine goes Really slow aswell. I shut down all background windows and have an estimated game speed of 31/2 stars.
