Game stops after first half

I've only played one half of a league match and when it reaches half time the game refuses to go to the second half.If I click on play nothing happens...

hit the space bar, and it should work

on the left hand site of "Ask Assistant", try clicking on the icon

Thanks for the suggestions but none of them worked. I had to resort to going on holiday...
does anyone else have problem with the game such as players disappearing from the match screen during a match...It's really starting to **** me off.
