Game won't progress past a certain date- crashes when I click 'continue'

im currently at IK Oddevold in swedish division 2 and my game wont progress past 18 April 2015 when i press continue. it processes for a while before the whole game just closes and my computer shows this message that says:

I've tried resigning and going on holiday. doesnt work.

You'll probably have to uninstall/reinstall:S

yea tried retiring too. didn't make a backup for my game either

Seems like your games corrupt. If that's the case I'm afraid there's nothing that you can do

i just heard something like saving the game onto a pen drive and trying to continue it on another computer might work
