Games freezes on loading screen on certain date.

I can't get past 11th November 2016 on my career. Its the only career I have at the minute. No matter what I do the next day wont open, it just continues to load. I've even left it overnight. Can anyone help me? I really don't want to start a new career!

Just go on holiday for a day or two, usually works.
