As an Attacking Midfielder there are a lot of options, you looked at Dzagoev? If not him maybe Douglas Costa or Afellay?

I don't really like either of them, you should look at Gyfli Sigurdsson or Christian Eriksen.

yeah, Willian, Douglas Costa, Sigurdsson, Eriksen, even James Rodriguez..all cheaper, better options in my opinion. If you must have one of Ganso or Oscar, I would definitely say Ganso.

You must check Lucas Moura from Sao Paulo, but he's expensive... I also recommend Wijnaldum from PSV, well the answer of your question really depends to your squad. Ganso and Oscar are not the same type of player, Ganso has better technical attributes, Oscar has better physicall attributes such as acceleration, agility, pace etc. If you need a creative playmaker, I would say Ganso, but he usually goes to City in the beginning of the game.
