Gareth Bale learning AML

Not sure if this is the right section, so if not move it please.

Basically Gareth Bale can play AML on my game but he's not perfect at it and he's not as good as I expected.

I have him on a good training schedule and since I started my Tottenham save I set him to learning AML properly. He's perfect at ML which is his proper position.

I've just finished my first season and he's still not learned it properly. Any ideas?

How is he described at AML? accomplished, awkward etc? It isn't possible to train players to 'natural' in a new position.
 
have you played him in the position regularly as that will help him learn
 
Give him time. Play him down that left wing as much as possible.

Also depends on his Versalitity attribute. It's hidden, but it determines how good players are at being retrained and remebering that position.

Wrong dude, it is possible, just very difficult to do.

As for OP, keep playing Bale in the AML position and make sure that's his training too. After a while, he'll be a natural there.

He's played 40+ games for in that position so I'm not sure.

He's described as Accomplished. I thought you could train them to a certain position though as in Completely. Does accomplished mean that thats as far as he can go in that position??

Ok. But how long do you think it will take? I mean I've played him easily for 40+ games.
 
Accomplished is the next best to natural isnt it?

If so, he could take years more to become natural but it is possible. To be honest accomplished is good enough

I'm not sure, it could take quite a few seasons before he becomes a natural.
