Maybe so but it could also be turned in to a discussion about him, is he good, what does he lack etc. So the thread is fine

Every time he is in the studio he always talk about how 4-4-2 is the best formation to play, yet they have 4-3-3 as his preferred formation...hmmm:S

His stats surprised me to be honest. I envisaged that he would have higher tactical coaching and higher tactical knowledge, does he improve as you go on in the game?
