Thought I'd share the training I set:
Training:
PRE-SEASON
General - Team Cohesion
Prep - Match Tactics
Intensity - Very High or High
Scheduling 50% With no rest before/after a match
START OF SEASON
General - Balance
Prep - Match Tactics (Until 100% Fluid)
Intensity - Average
Scheduling 50% With a rest after a match
DURING THE SEASON / 100% Fluid
General - Balance
Prep - Depends on the opponent - if you're expected to win Attacking Movement, expected to lose Defensive Positioning. (Teamwork/Match Tactics is pointless as your team should be familiar at this point)
Intensity - Average
Scheduling - 10% or 20% With a rest after a match
If you buy players in January, go back to 50% Match Tactics.
