I'm actually curious aswell. When I first joined this site I was fascinated with the FMRTE. Never knew such a thing existed but never used the Genie scout.

Genie scount is great and easy to use just open it while your game is running load the game you are running from the genie scount menu set the perameters for what you are looking for then save your results and load up the shortlist on fm10. Best app for fm by far.

its good but i dont like using things like that feels like cheating and takes the challange away from the game

I agree with you there mate but usually like to have a muck about with them before I start a serious game.
