If you want it fairly easy. Genie scout is good.
It gives you the Ca Pa of players as well as rep. Also it has their ratings for positions, potential stats. Hmm can give you staff ratings as well.
It is useful for finding great players at cheap prices. Mainly for use with Regens.
Fmrte is an editor that you use "in game" So you can make changes and transfers I guess.

thanks for the reply mate, once ive downloaded it how do i get it in to my game? if you know how to

Once you have downloaded it an installed just load one of you save game files and you can start browsing through the players.
