genuine football managers

forgive me if this sounds stupid.

i remember years ago when new football games were about to be launched the makers would often give the game to a select few professional footballers to try ( i am aware this is for marketing/promotional purposes ) but i was wondering if anyone has ever given this game to a genuine manager? just to see what they can do regarding creating tactics and how they implement them in the game???

if anything it would be interesting to see any results and to see if they can be as successful as some of the creations on this website

kidding, I have no clue, this sort of thing gets covered, we do know that David Moyes and a few other managers use Fm's database to assist in scouting players around the world :)

i had no idea about moyes! thats rather impressive maybe the creators should get some sort of finders fee ;)

maybe someone can persuade the makers to have a go at this?? i dont mean fergie, wenger etc but there are many nore ppl out there that have taken the relevant qualifications?

haha, I was kidding of course! yeah quite a few have used it in the past and probably quite a few more that wont want to admit it either...

I think real life managers have more to worry about and on their minds than to mess around with a computer game ;) especially if they will get the sack when they decide to manage their current team :) lol

i dont mean right now but with future releases as with the game advancing as it has im hoping that there will be more creative freedom involved enabling to implement real life tactics ( as i know ppl have struggled doing this, eg alves role for barca )

if nothing else it would be a great marketing ploy

could also become a feature...... TEST YOUR TACTICS AGAINST THE GREATEST TACTICAL MINDS ALIVE or something along those lines ;)
