German and Japanese National team squads

Hi Guys,

I am really struggling to get the real National teams for Germany and Japan on the game.
I have downloaded FM12 for disk, and read something about deleting a file in db.. But my db is empty..

What do I do? Please help?

It's the inc/all folder within the db one that holds the files that need to be deleted.
