german national team

how can i make german national team to be select after i hv install patch 10.2?before this after i delete fake.inc file in the folder german national team can be select.but after i install patch 10.2 it is back to default.but file fake.inc is not exist anymore.can somebody help me.

I didnt even notice this,im not sure,maybe a new fixes has to be created.
