Germany and Japan national team bug

Hi, so i realized and only recently found out that to have Germany and Japan's national team enabled, i have to delete some files in the Inc folder of the game, the only thing that stings me though, is the fact that i have to restart the game after deleting the files to have it enabled? is there any way around in enabling the national teams without restarting the game? currently in the fourth season managing Dortmund and is very disappointed to see Kagawa, Gotze, and Hummels never receiving any national team call ups...:'(
