Germany regens

I was wondering, since I got a futire save full of regens, is there anyway I can get Germany to call up these regens as I am in 2036 and there's loads of quality players they can call up. By the way I am on patch 11.2.1 , so is this possible

if you havnt deleted the fake files, then no, as the team only use fake greyed out players.
