Germany Squad

I've noticed that over the past few editions of Football Manager, the German squad isn't made up of the players we no so well, i.e Schweinsteiger, Ballack, Podolski, Gomez etc. Has anyone else noticed this, and could someone tell me why this is.

Its a fee for using the right to the nations image. Its the same with songs and films
