Hi guys. I still play this FM. I try to simulate real life results as best as I can till I reach the current season ie 15/16. In FM 12, when Pep leaves Barcelona he goes on a sabbatical. The year after I make sure Bayern win the treble and then Juup leaves. When he retires Pep never even wants the job.
I have done the following things to no avail:
I edited Peps career plan in the editor saying he wants to coach in the Bundesliga and he wants to coach Bayern. Nothing happened.
I changed the reputation of the bundesliga so it is second only behind la liga (4*), no result. He gets the United job when SAF retires and the EPL have 4* reputation.
I increased the reputation of Bayern to 4 1/2* and the same result.
I edited him in the editor giving him full German proficiency and I changed Bayerns club tactic to match both Peps tactical attributes and his exact formation and the exact same result.
Anyone have any suggestions as to what I can do to make Pep join Bayern? i've run out of ideas.
