Just what do you have to do to get other teams interested in you as a coach? I have a 60% win percentage, have had two consecutive promotions (won playoffs in BSP, then won league 2 by 12 points) and am currently way above expectations just out of the playoff's in league 1. Yet when I look at my coaches profile, I have no interest at all from any teams. That just seems kinda odd to me.

what is your past experience set to? sometimes that makes clubs more interested in you with more experience you had. and sometimes clubs don't always look to success unless you're proven in higher leagues. thats what happens with me anyway.

Depends also on your nationality - i noticed that when i was a Polish manager, i got offers from all sorts of club, while as english manager i got offers only from English clubs

Even with a static rep, promotions definitely help, and relegations hinder, but there's also where you are. You're still pretty low down so probably haven't added much attactiveness to what is a low rep anyway. Plus there's the issue of a new club paying compensation so even if you had got some interest, you're probably not deemed worth shelling out for when you're under contract compared to when you're a free agent.

I've had job offers myself (like recently Mallorca), but the interest didn't show on my profile-never has done.

I had a save were I promoted Ebbsfleet up to the premiership in ten seasons (before going bankrupt because I screwed the club up to get there) and in that entire time I only got approached by Birmingham (and they were in the relegation zone of the championship at the time).

I've only had teams approach me when i've been out of a job on fm11.
On one save I had one the SPL 3 times with Rangers then an FA CUP with Everton and got no offers.
The moment i resigned from Everton, 3 different clubs approached me. (without me having to apply)
They was Middlesbrough, Hearts and Newcastle I think.

But in fm10 + previous ones, I got offered jobs quite often.

Only time i've been down as interested was when the Madrid job came up on my Liverpool save and I was linked to it.

Only time I was offered a job was from Man United, and that's because Sir Alex Ferguson retired.. and that last season I won the Serie A with Napoli

I got some job offers in my second season with Real Sociedad after I won the Europa League and became champion.

It's gonna be my 6th year in Benfica, im winning almost everything, including Champions League, im frustrated, no one wants me.
