Getting Leeds United back where they belong!

So as you can probably guess I am a big Leeds supporter and I'm really struggling with them on this game. I was wondering if any of you FM13 superstar managers could help me with the game and how to get a team like Leeds back to the top.

Things that would be helpful are:

• Transfers (in and out)
• Tactics and Formations
• Staff Changes
• Training

If anyone would like to post their suggestions it would be extremely helpful.

As well as this if anyone has any self made tactics they would like testing feel free to post them on here and I will be happy to test them.

Jpps simple 442 should be good tactic for Leeds lots of loans in first season and Adryan 875k bargain

I've tried that tactic a few times and lose almost every game

I did decent with leeds in first season i got promotion. via playoffs using a 4-2-3-1, didn't make any signings just staff

I use that and the 433 v6 dominator have improved results loads is the tam gelled yet??

I started in the championship using this tactic, and now I'm the BPL Champion. You should try it out!

Does anyone have a list f good players and staff to bring in?
Also any young talent?

not really good young talent, for leeds jack robinson on loan, few others.
staff depends what your after? scouts mainly.
and there a shortlist of free players
