Getting Nothern Ireland as a top 3 League in the world

Hi,

Wanted a challenge, so even though i have no affilatition with Nothern Ireland - i've deceide to try this out.

The challenge is to get the Northern Ireland premier league as one of the best league in the world.

It does not matter which club you choose.

Following Part-goals will most defitnly be part of this challenge.

1) going Pro
2) Getting automatic Qualify for CL
3) Wining a European tournament
4) Getting the national team to win something

Some of you can propely expand on this.

If you try please feel free to update the rest of us on your progress.

I've startede with the crusaders, i've chosen them because of the name, and the crusade it is going to be.

Below is screenshoots with different info, on how the club and the league was ranked at the start of the game.

Update after Season One

Season 1 , went all in all okay, after a win in the last match i secured the championship with one point to linfield.

European - My campaign went not so well, got diffucult draw and lost both matches. But both Linfield and Glentoran did will and increased our coffiecent.

The reputietion for the NIP , did strangly engough not rise after this but plummeted instead. Hopefully we will do better or at least the same in season two.

My hope is to getting thorugh from 2 round in Champions league, this will get me to at least fourth round in the Europe league. and if just 2 of the 3 european league teams go one or two rounds we will again get a decent amount of points.
