I am playing as Blackpool and I am in my first season... I just got into January and I have not been able to win! I have only won 1 or 2 games the whole season!!!

I have tried Changing tactics, Making sure players are well rested.
Does anyone have any advice to turn my team around?

I would REALLY appreciate ANY help!

Once you have a tactic, stick to it, if you keep changing it, the players will never adapt.

Just keep saying things like 'no pressure' and 'you have faith' in team talks.

Thanks Jack. heres a question. Should I stick with a tactic even if I don't do well with it at first?

Yes, you should. A lot of tactics take a few months to work in their full power.

Ok thanks! Any ideas for a good tactic? This is sorta off topic. But what would you play James Beattie as?

Maybe it is best for him to be a poacher? Runs off the shoulder of the last defender..so he trys to break offside traps kinda thing... Send long balls up front or through balls for him to chase.
