Hi, this is my first post I hope I got it in the right place 
So, this is my first football manager game and I'm struggling. I started with Middlesbrough and I just cant seem to score very many goals or win possession against a half decent team. I use 4-2-3-1 formation and dont create many CCC's when I have possession and when I come up against a good team I cant even win possession
. Any help would be appreciated
