Getting Slower!

So my game , is getting really slow , can anyone suggest why , i have removed a few countries and its still as slow , and ive had other saves this long ( 2017 ) and uts not been anywhere near as slow , its killing me as i just got the United job , please help!

it might be because you have so many new regens appearing in the game, that makes the save file a lot bigger each year causing the game to load slower :O

close unnecessary programs. if in windows vista, there is that sidebar. as much as it a qucik way to check news are time, it that lots of ram space. closing that will have more ram
