Hello everyone, i was just wandering if anyone could help me and give me some advice. I often get lots of youth players with lots of potential, e.g. In my Wolves save (end of first season) i've signed Tom Cariney (from Hull). And i'm worried i wont get the best from him.

I'd like to know how you lot get the best from your youth and young players, should i put him in a special training schedule, or loan him out for first team football? Please help me because i'm not used to using the training or that. Thanks in advance! :)

I also have Connor Wickham and Leigh Griffiths and Danny Da Costa who show great potential! :)

When in a developing stage, nothing beats first team match practice. Just make sure that when sending them on a loan, that the club consider them to be at least rotation players so that they don't sit on the bench in a lower league with lesser training facilities

1. This is in the wrong section, it's more to do with players.
2. http://www.fm-base.co.uk/forum/foot...ete-how-train-tutor-my-youngsters-thread.html - Read it
3. Try to also get Febian Brandy, Raphael Varane, Kevin (from Zaragoza), Dodo (from Corinthians) and Raul (from Ath. Par. in Brazil, can't spell it.)
4. Use Pompey Dan's Coach Calculator, look in the FM 2010 Tactics and Training.
5. Send them out on loan/tutor them.
6. Play them in Cup fixtures, etc.
