Getting the team to gel

is there a way i can get the team to gel quicker im in my 3rd season and i hae constantly made changes to my squad which i know is the main reason for this problem also im not sure on what team i should play what do you guys think

best thing for you to do from now on is only sign 4 players every tranfer window dont play them straight away if you do give them half a game put them in reserves then eventually they will gell mix it up older and youngers
 
just give dem time to gel.............example wen u buy ur player nd you have a game against west brom............dont start him staight away bring him on 75 min or somefing do that for a couple of matches...........so he can get to know da tempo pf the came and the style of play and da ting what pimpdollar said.................world class managers dont lie!!!!!!lol
 
when coming to a match and you have signed players and they will make their debut dont put 2 more players in the side then the other 2 players and then if none of them work try a diffrent partnership with someone else in the team
 
What should I do when my whole back four got ripped to shreads in transfer window and I've had to sign some players. Continue to play them and take the bad results until they gel?
