Ghost goals and never ending match

I am playing a game as Tottenham vs Manchester City in the League Cup Final in 2017/2018 season. I have the highlights set to key, and for some reason the score went up without showing a goal, and I can't find it in the highlights afterwards. Furthermore, City scored a goal that was shown and they weren't accreddited for it! The match has finished but I can't leave the game, there isn't any time left on the clock and the players have left the pitch but there isn't a way to stop the game.

Wow, never heard this before. Sounds like a major glitch, one that can only be resolved by quitting the game and re-playing it. :S

Yeah, I've had this a few times.. I posted about it on the SI bug forum a few weeks ago, pretty sure nobody got back to me lol.. I'll check again later.
