Gibraltar NT

So I started up a game loading all players from the Gibraltarian league plus any players with that nationality and you cannot manage the NT, its just not on the list. Im assuming its because it doesnt reach the threshold of how many players are required on the game to manage said NT.

Does anyone know what the threshold is?

Also, if I create real Gibraltarian players and add them to their clubs (as alot of the countries teams just have greyed out players) will the NT automatically become playable if the new players take the number over the threshold or is there something to be done in editor?

I started a Gibraltan save in charge of the national team, so you can... I had all the Spanish and English Leagues loaded as playable, on a large database which I customised to include anyone that plays in Gibraltar or is eligible for the national team.

Thats really odd, I did the same, I selected England and Spain and also to include every player of Gibraltarian nationality and any player based in Gibraltar and I didnt see it listed :/

I could upload my earliest save of it if you want, and you can just retire me and create a new manager?
