Deserves it, one of the greatest players the Premier League has ever seen. And probably one of the greatest players never to play at a World Cup. He should have chosen England instead of Wales, would still be playing for his country if he had. The word legend is used too often, but I think that calling Giggs a legend is richly deserved.
