Gilmar Francisco Assistant?

I was just looking for a new assistant manager and I noticed Gilmar Francisco, who I signed as a scout, looks like a pretty decent assistant, looking at his stats.

Has any one of you ever had him as an assistant? Would you recommend him?

Probably would a good AM, but I would look at Elio Carravetta, as Gilmar's scouting stats are top notch, and that is his best place.

Nope...I usually go with Carravetta or Sidnei Lobo, who is the Brazilian Assistant Manager.

Oleg Luzhniy! But yes I've had Sidnei Lobo for six seasons now and have never had any reason to replace him.
