Ok,so I am coming to the point where I genuinely know how to make a kit.I know how to do the logos, sponsors and stuff like that. What I don't understand is how to colour in the kits.I hate using colourify and when I upload the kits they are not split into layers, which makes it even more difficult.

Can anyone show me how to properly colour in the kits wihout using the colourify way?

Me and Paul **** are doing fantasy kits but they could look better if we knew how to colour them in.

Cheers.(H)

Yep, thanks for posting that Justkituno, I need help with it as well as Colourfy makes it look rubbish!

Just use Photoshop. In there it groups the layers into the different shirts so you can do the nice designs properly. In Gimp Colourify is the only solid method of making the kits unless you want a plain shirt

Yeah, but there aren't any free photoshops and ones Adobe sell are £600 to £800.Bollocks.

Could you make a photoshop tutorial for me Luke on how to make kits, change colours, etc. Please? I have it but I can't use it. How do you see the different layers? There is a online photoshop though which is free, just google it :)

How do people get Photoshop on their comps without buying it in a simple programme thing?:@

You can't unless you get it illegally, which I am going to discuss as it can get you an infraction :(

Every single person who has Photoshop on this forum has got it for Free. Just PM one of the kit makers to find out how.

Really Luke, I have CS2 but 3 would be good wouldn't it? Did you get it for free?
