Given up with liverpool

Is this a pointless discussion ? i dont care
Won it all with spurs,but my own team liverpool ? forget it,cant do it,impossible. Ive Been playing this game for years, old school stuff, but fm11 and liverpool do not work together Tried jp woodys tactic ,hired the best staff , bought players such as cardozo,hazard,p jones,holtby, nothing. Players getting injured all the time gerrard broke his leg on two different attempts!!. On another season, Agger ,Gerrard,kuyt,cardozo,lucas,carrager all out for the season by December!!. two euro cup semi finals then knocked out in qualifiers next season!! The best i can finish is sixth! getting beaten at home to teams like Burnley and such i mean what the f##k.
Right that's it, one more try then im giving up for sure...........
 
I made 2 or 3 different tactics with Liverpool and won everything with them for 3 or 4 seasons (not matches but competitions), made a few good signings but my main goalscorer with average of 30 goals and 15 assists was Andy Carroll.

I made around 8 versions of my main tactic and 4 of my second tactic.

Unfortunately my computer crashed (had to format) but I posted earlier versions of my tactics on an Icelandic FM forum, glad to get the tactics, angry because the save isn't there any more.

I hired some of the best physios around and had a great coaching staff to keep my players attributes steady and improving them.

You just have to make a tactic that suits your team.

BUT... I think the people that make this game HATE Liverpool because they always play bad, even when we were great.
 
then go fall off the cliff mate!!!!! if u cant keep up teh pressure, just fall off teh cliff !!!!!!
 
I've tried about 15 saves with Liverpool. Now i finally got one working. Keep trying, it'll come.
 
i know ur feeling like roy hogdsen when he was in anfield.
he didnt stood a chance at anfield.
 
I've won the league 3 years in a row, 3 FA cup finals (won 2), a Europa League Final (Lost), two Carling Cup finals (won one, lost one), but not got very far in the CL yet. All in 3 seasons :) Currently dominating the league in the 4th season, so it's all good!

I'm in 2016/17 with my first game with Liverpool and it's been fantastic! I use a 3-4-3 with wingers and it works splendidly. Liverpool's hard to get started with due to some bad contracts, but eventually the big crowds at Anfield and good chairman support will see you through. In six seasons I've won the league 5 times, the CL three times, and the FA cup three times.

Major acquisitions in the first two years: Mesut Ozil, Balazs Dzsudzsak, Jordan Henderson, Christian Eriksen

Major acquisitions in the last four years: Miralem Pjanic (on a free!), a few top regens (including one from the Liverpool academy!), Yann M'Vila.

Here was my Starting XI before the regens took over:

GK: Reina
DCR: Martin Skrtel
DC: Daniel Agger
DCL: Phil Jones
MR: Jordan Henderson
ML: Christian Eriksen
DMC: Lucas
AMC: Steven Gerrard
AMR: Balazs Dzsudszak/Luis Suarez
AML: Mesut Ozil
ST: Andy Carroll/Luis Suarez

Worked like a charm. Also note how many original Liverpool players you still see! Surprised me with a narrow league win in the first season, then placed 3rd in the league but won the CL in the second season. Been doing pretty well for myself ever since. I love playing with Liverpool! Even now, in season 7, I'm still starting Reina, Agger, Lucas, Suarez, Henderson in my starting XI. I don't think I've ever had so many original players in my squad this far along. Shows how good Liverpool is in FM 11 :)
 
cheers dude after i wrote that first post i tried afresh and won euro cup and fa cup in first season and finished 4th. Started really well in 2nd season and then crash!! lose one game everything goes to pot, loads of injuries cannot score for toffee,losing at home,morale crashes players getting sent of all the time!! its really weird. maybe its the way i play the game ? never use the in game pitch view, just the commentary view on fast(old school baby) Might actually have to give up ,turn the computer off and start talking to the wife again! ha ha

Funny enough, i've always failed with the in game pitch view. Now i'm on only commentary, and i'm rolling ^^
