Giving away Penaltys

Im Burton Albion in my 2nd season, won promotion threw play-offs in first and in league 1 ive been conceding a penalty every game which is putting me down the lower end of the table when i should be at the top. It's also a variety of my players that concede the penalties too. How do i stop this because this is wrecking my chances of promotion?

how do you set your tackling? is your defence deep , or in a push up style?

Tackling is normal now, was aggresive before, but changed it to normal and still concede penalties.
and i push my defence up in the match shouts.

Do you set individual opponent instructions on your own or do you let your assistant recommend them? Be careful he isn't recommending hard tackling on all of the opposition's attackers before each match, as it seems your team is a bit heavy-footed.

they must be naturally heavy footed, i do the opponent instructions myself and put both cb's to mark tightly, closing down and tackling is on normal

if they are heavy footed, you should set your defence deep mate, because if the other team counters, you are in deep ***** :S

Do not mark tightly, only for the REAL star players, sort of speak !

most of the pens happen from balls into the box and looks like both challenging to win the ball but my players always give away the penalty
