Do you do that? Seems like everyone does that all the time but if you don't give them new contracts they all becomes unhappy. So what do you do?

No. I tell them they have time left on current contract or to prove on the pitch they deserve one

Yeah but when I tell them they have time left 95 % of the times they become unhappy. When I take prove on the pitch they either become unhappy or think they have proved it a month later..

Offer a contract they wont accept

Does that work? Do you tell them you'll give them a new contract in a month and then offer very low money? Don't they get unhappy when they haven't signed a new contract in a month or is it ok since I've offered a contract?

1. Calmly (not assertively or any other option) ask them to sack agent.
2. They will say no. Again calmly tell them again (using the second option in the second chance you are given to make them change their mind).
3. 90% it will work and they ll sack them. So they ll forget about it for a while.

Strangely enough I seem to have better results asking assertively.
