Depends on positions your looking for, they're a few suggestions for CM/ST

Quintero came straight to mind but wasn't sure how much he would cost.

What about erik Torres?

I don't know what players you need, but look at these:
CB - Siyanda Xulu - around 180k
DM - Daniel Dimov - around 200k
CM - Federico Moretti - I got him for 575k

Think Quintero is £1.5m - £2.5m, but after any sales etc., and any budget allocation, he's probably affordable, but then I can't imagine spending that much on one player would be the reight thing to do
