Glitch with new patch 10.1

Had my first fm glitch and its with the new patch to. I won 3-2 on penalties against croatia with me being ivory coast manager in the second round od the world cup. Clicked continue as you do. Then after a quick load and reading the news reports it said i lost 5-2 on penalties!! has anyone ever had this?? 5-2 isn't even possible is it?? sort it out si. I'm gutted:'(

also when i manage an international side i cant get the team report from the assistant.

same lol but it went in my favour i had match with sunderland i lost then on news said i won
